House-hunting in Pretoria isn't a transaction. It's a process of listening — to the way you describe a kitchen, to the kind of street you grew up on, to the morning light you're really looking for. My job is to translate that.
I built FlashSale and FlashTeam because selling a home is messier than the listing photos suggest. Some homes need a coat of paint. Some need a buyer for the rondavel-sized fridge before move-out. I do all of it, in-house.
What I won't do: pressure you, generic-listing you, or lose your trust to close a quick sale. I'd rather take longer and get it right.
